On Friday 4th July, we returned to Sutton Coldfield Golf Club for what turned out to be one of our biggest and best events yet. With glorious weather, great company, and plenty of friendly competition, it was the perfect setting to tee off in support of two brilliant charities – PANS PANDAS UK and Dementia UK.
This year marked our 14th Charity Golf Day, attracting an incredible 88 players, making up 22 teams of four. The standard of play was the highest we’ve ever seen, with six teams scoring over 100 points. Leading the pack were our 2025 champions, Pauline Glover, Noel Glover, Madeline Udall, and Derek Udall, who clinched first place with an outstanding 109 points.

Adding an extra level of excitement this year, we were joined by Ady Wheatcroft and his team from Ace Golf Challenge. Their Beat the Pro trick shot challenge and Trackman Challenge brought out plenty of laughs, impressive skills, and a few surprising victories! When it came to fundraising, our guests truly delivered.
Through our hugely popular raffle, blind auction, and live auction, we almost doubled last year’s total, raising a record-breaking £10,350 for our two charities. Some of the incredible prizes up for grabs included four-ball rounds at prestigious golf courses across the UK and even a week’s stay at a Spanish villa situated on a Jack Nicklaus Golf Resort.

That brings our total fundraising to over £50,000 since the very first Charity Golf Day; a milestone we’re incredibly proud of.
We owe a huge thank you to everyone who played, sponsored, donated prizes, bought raffle tickets, bid in the auction, or simply came along to show their support. Your generosity makes this day such a success year after year, and we couldn’t do it without you.
We’ll soon be welcoming both charities back for a cheque presentation, keep an eye out for the photos of that special moment!
